Therapy For Young Adults

Psychologist and author Dr. Meg Jay calls your twenties the “Defining Decade”, and I agree.

Early adulthood, especially a person’s 20’s and 30’s, is not for the faint of heart. It is a time of constant growth and adaptation. You are seemingly always being challenged by new stressors - from school to work to relationships - with (oftentimes) little preparation on how to navigate bumps in the road.

And, at the same time, this time period is full of potential to define who you will be for the rest of your life. It is in your twenties and thirties that you either cement old and unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck or you learn healthy new ways to live that create the foundation from which you thrive.

I have been there before and made it to the other side. I have also helped many others do the same. I’d love to help you too.
